Today's Training Regimen


Today's going to be a fun day in the gym. Here's what I'm looking at.


Warm up:

World's greatest stretch

Inch worms

Zombies

High knees


Workout:


Windmills 3sets 7 reps
Push press 3 sets x 6 reps

Plyo push ups 3 sets x 5 rps

Thrusters 3 sets x 7

Front squats 3 sets x 5

(as many rounds for 45 min)

5 - 5min rounds on the heavy bag.
